How to care for a wax amaryllis
- Take the bulb out of the box and place it upright on a stable surface.
- Choose a bright spot at room temperature, away from radiators and direct midday sun.
- Do not water it – the bulb contains everything it needs.
- Turn it now and then so the stem grows straight.
- Flowers appear within 4–8 weeks and last for weeks. Wax amaryllis are designed to bloom for one season.
