Amaryllis (Hippestrum) „Temptation” este o varietate amețitoare, care își trăiește numele cu înfloriri îndrăznețe, atrăgătoare. Florile mari, în formă de stele, prezintă petale albe pure periate dramatic cu roșu adânc în centru, se estompează treptat în dungi moi spre margini. Un gât verde viu adaugă prospețime și contrast, ceea ce face ca fiecare floare să pară vibrantă și plină de energie. Cu modelul său bicolor izbitor, „Temptation” este alegerea perfectă pentru a aduce farmecul festiv și eleganța în interioarele de iarnă.

Guide and tips for planting amaryllis (Hippeastrum) bulbs

  • Choose a pot that is at least 4 cm wider than the bulb and has drainage holes in the bottom.
  • Fill the pot with well-draining soil, leaving about 2 cm of space at the top.
  • Place the bulb in the centre of the pot, with the pointed end facing up.
  • Cover the bulb with soil, leaving the top one-third of the bulb exposed.
  • Water once until the soil is evenly moist, then keep it only slightly moist until the first shoot appears.
  • Place the pot in a warm, bright location with indirect sunlight.
  • As the plant grows, support the stalk with a stake if needed.
  • After the flowers have faded, cut the stem off at the base and keep the leaves growing. See our Planting and Care guide for reblooming.
