Monte Carlo is a single-flowered amaryllis (Hippeastrum) with bicolour flowers, supplied as a 28/30 cm bulb from Holland.

Why it's special

Single-flowered flowers of 15-20 cm in bicolour.

How to grow

Plant the bulb in a pot just slightly wider than the bulb, with the top third above the soil. Place it in a bright, warm spot (around 20–22°C) and water sparingly until the first shoot appears, then keep the soil lightly moist. See our planting and care guide.
