Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) Striped Beauty is a brilliant and graceful variety named for the impressive color combination on its petals. The large white flowers are adorned with vibrant red veins that appear to be painted with an artist's brush. This contrast creates a sense of movement and volume, giving the flower a dynamic and sophisticated look.

Each bulb can produce 1–2 flower stems up to 50 cm in height, on which 3–5 luxurious flowers appear with a diameter of up to 18 cm. The blooming typically lasts several weeks, with each new flower renewing the festive atmosphere in the environment.

Striped Beauty is one of the most popular varieties for winter blooming, ideal for pot cultivation or cut flowers.

Guide and tips for planting amaryllis (Hippeastrum) bulbs

Choose a pot that is at least 4 cm wider than the bulb and has drainage holes in the bottom.
Fill the pot with well-draining soil, leaving about 2 cm of space at the top.
Place the bulb in the centre of the pot, with the pointed end facing up.
Cover the bulb with soil, leaving the top one-third of the bulb exposed.
Water once until the soil is evenly moist, then keep it only slightly moist until the first shoot appears.
Place the pot in a warm, bright location with indirect sunlight.
As the plant grows, support the stalk with a stake if needed.
