Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) Pink Cadillac is a bright and elegant variety of amaryllis with large pink flowers of a rich hue, reminiscent of the iconic American car of the 1950s. Each flower has soft, wavy petals with delicate white accents at the throat, creating a voluminous, rich look.

Guide and tips for planting amaryllis (Hippeastrum) bulbs

Choose a pot that is at least 4 cm wider than the bulb and has drainage holes in the bottom.
Fill the pot with well-draining soil, leaving about 2 cm of space at the top.
Place the bulb in the centre of the pot, with the pointed end facing up.
Cover the bulb with soil, leaving the top one-third of the bulb exposed.
Water once until the soil is evenly moist, then keep it only slightly moist until the first shoot appears.
Place the pot in a warm, bright location with indirect sunlight.
As the plant grows, support the stalk with a stake if needed.
