Order Processing:
Once you place an order with us, our dedicated team of professionals begins processing it immediately. We carefully review the details of your order, verify the availability of the products, and prepare them for shipment. Our goal is to process all orders within 5-7 business days.
We deliver flower bulbs to more than 30 countries across Europe. These are the shipping rates for each country where we send our orders to. If you live in a country that is not on this list please email us, and we will try to find a way how to ship to your country.
We add a standard charge for delivery on orders depending on the country where you live. All delivery costs are added automatically to your basket.
Flower bulbs are delivered at the appropriate time for planting and will be stated on the product page or in your order acknowledgement.

Frequently Asked Questions about delivery
Can I collect my order at your warehouse/shop?
No, DUTCH-BULBS.COM only delivers via the post. Your order is shipped from the Netherlands.
Who delivers your parcels?
Depending on the country where you live, we use international or local parcel delivery companies, like DPD, UPS, PostNL. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. After your order is shipped you will receive a Track&Trace number that you can use to track your package.
Can I choose a day I want my parcel delivered?
No, unfortunately, this is not yet possible.
What if I am not at home when my package is delivered?
Parcel delivery companies will usually try to deliver once again or leave the parcel at your neighbours. They will leave a notice, telling you they tried to deliver. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered.
Will my order be delivered as one package?
We aim to deliver your order at once. On exceptional occasions, we are forced to ship your order partially. No additional shipping costs will be added in case we need to split your order.
