Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) Nr.2012-2 is an exquisite variety that embodies elegance and freshness in every flower. Large, harmoniously shaped buds open into luxurious flowers up to 22 cm in diameter. The wide, slightly pointed petals with a smooth texture give the flower an aristocratic look, and the symmetrical arrangement of the petals adds harmony and balance.

How to Plant?

Guide and tips for planting amaryllis (Hippeastrum) bulbs

Choose a pot that is at least 4 cm wider than the bulb and has drainage holes in the bottom.
Fill the pot with well-draining soil, leaving about 2 cm of space at the top.
Place the bulb in the centre of the pot, with the pointed end facing up.
Cover the bulb with soil, leaving the top one-third of the bulb exposed.
Water once until the soil is evenly moist, then keep it only slightly moist until the first shoot appears.
Place the pot in a warm, bright location with indirect sunlight.
As the plant grows, support the stalk with a stake if needed.
