Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) Tika Glory is a luxurious and refined variety of amaryllis that impresses with its elegance and delicacy. Its large, multi-layered flowers have an exquisite combination of colors: a warm pink-peach tone dominates, gradually transitioning to a lighter, almost white center. The petals are decorated with thin veins that add volume, depth, and visual relief. Their slightly wavy edges give the composition airiness and softness, creating the impression of a light, fluttering dynamic even when at rest.

The plant forms a strong stem about 40–60 cm high, which holds 2–4 large flowers up to 20 cm in diameter. Each flower retains its decorative appearance for a long time, opening gradually and blooming continuously for 2–3 weeks. This variety blooms in winter or early spring, bringing an atmosphere of freshness, warmth, and awakening nature into the home. Its flowering symbolizes hope, renewal, and harmony, making it especially popular for winter interior landscaping.

Amaryllis Tika Glory does not require special care, thrives at room temperature, and likes bright diffused light and moderate watering. After flowering, the plant can be stored until the next season, ensuring a period of rest. It is perfect for growing in pots, display cases, holiday arrangements, and as a spectacular living gift.

How to Plant?

Guide and tips for planting amaryllis(hippeastrum) bulbs

  • Choose a pot that is at least 4 cm wider than the bulb and has drainage holes in the bottom.
  • Fill the pot with well-draining soil, leaving about 2 cm of space at the top.
  • Place the bulb in the center of the pot, with the pointed end facing up.
  • Cover the bulb with soil, leaving the top one-third of the bulb exposed.
  • Water the soil until it is evenly moist, but not waterlogged.
  • Place the pot in a warm, bright location with indirect sunlight.
  • Water the plant only when the top inch of soil is dry to the touch.
  • As the plant grows, support the stalk with a stake to prevent it from bending or breaking.
  • After the flowers have faded, cut the stem off at the base and continue to care for the plant by watering it regularly and providing it with bright, indirect sunlight.
